CISCO experienced challenges with the poor provision of certified technical staff in several locations across EMEA, leading to delays in projects, poor retention of engineers, and dissatisfied customers. This situation required a robust approach that involved taking ownership of the problem and implementing a quality solution.
Penta Consulting was able to provide a comprehensive solution that included a full team of multilingual resource specialists, development of talent pools, a compliance process, CISCO certifications, references, contractor care, and full in-country compliance measures. We ensured that each step of the process was compliant and aligned with local regulations.
As a result of our innovative solution, we were able to provide CISCO with managed resources around project management, data centre, security, networking, and routing. Overall, Penta managed 160 technical resources across the globe, and we were awarded the GLOBAL SUPPLIER AWARD 2018 for our out-standing work.
