David is a technology leader, entrepreneur and innovator. With over 30 years’ experience, he has held senior roles including CEO, COO and CTO in both start-ups and mature organisations. He has worked in both government and commercial organisations, including Central Government, Banking and Financial Services, Telecoms, Commodities, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, IT and Retail sectors.
As CEO of Penta Tech, David’s expertise includes: programme and project management, technical design authority and he continues to lead all Penta Tech’s R&D activities.
Fraser Searle– CFO
A commercially focused Finance Director with demonstrable experience in providing services of effective financial controls, business analysis, development and implementation. Expertise gained over 25 years, across several industry sectors, providing highly transferable skills. Extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals including negotiating sale and purchase agreements and the restructuring, and integration, of acquired businesses. Builds strong relationships, manages stakeholders’ expectations, and the needs of investors and the market. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills with proven success at making the difficult decisions whilst handling multiple responsibilities in high-pressure environments.
kris england-smith– Group HR Director
Kris is currently the Group HR ,Training & Development Director at Penta Consulting, we provide technical services to enable a digital world, are a multi award winning international recruitment company based in Wallington, Surrey, specialising in Telecoms, Technology and Mobile Operating Systems.
