Paul Clark and Richard Wilson founded Penta Consulting in 1998, building a company with five core values: appreciating People, Enabling talent, Niche specialism, Teamwork and Aspiration. These values resonate throughout the company and every member of the Penta family as Penta approaches their third decade providing award-winning consulting and sourcing services across EMEA.

Group Governance Board

John Foley – Chairman
John is a qualified Barrister and Chartered Accountant who has served on the Boards of a number of private and public companies ranging from radio stations to foundry groups. He was Chief Executive of MacLellan Group plc (a provider of facilities management services) from 1994 to 2006. When he joined that group in October 1994, it employed just 60 people but was developed into a group employing 15,000 people and turning over £230 million when it was sold to Interserve Plc in June 2006 for £120 million. John has recruitment industry experience since he served on the board of Lorien plc until its sale in 2007 and he is currently a director of Servoca Plc.
Paul Clark – Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Paul is co-founder and CEO of Penta Consulting Limited. Prior to setting up the Company in 1998, Paul spent two years with a large recruitment firm. Paul won the prestigious “Entrepreneur of the Year” title at the 2012 Sutton Business Awards and has been shortlisted for the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award twice.

Operational Board

Aminash Patel – Managing Director – Managed Solutions
Aminash joined Penta in 2003 and has progressed rapidly through the organisation. His natural sales skills along with his business acumen took him from consultant to a managerial position in the space of four years. In 2010 he set up and ran Penta’s Managed Solutions Division. Today Aminash has highly skilled project teams located across 12 countries delivering consultancy and technical support services to many of the world’s leading technology companies. A shareholder since 2008, Aminash was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2016.
David Perry– Penta Tech CEO

David is a technology leader, entrepreneur and innovator. With over 30 years’ experience, he has held senior roles including CEO, COO and CTO in both start-ups and mature organisations. He has worked in both government and commercial organisations, including Central Government, Banking and Financial Services, Telecoms, Commodities, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, IT and Retail sectors.

As CEO of Penta Tech, David’s expertise includes: programme and project management, technical design authority and he continues to lead all Penta Tech’s R&D activities.

Fraser Searle– CFO

A commercially focused Finance Director with demonstrable experience in providing services of effective financial controls, business analysis, development and implementation. Expertise gained over 25 years, across several industry sectors, providing highly transferable skills. Extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals including negotiating sale and purchase agreements and the restructuring, and integration, of acquired businesses. Builds strong relationships, manages stakeholders’ expectations, and the needs of investors and the market. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills with proven success at making the difficult decisions whilst handling multiple responsibilities in high-pressure environments.

kris england-smith– Group HR Director

Kris is currently the Group HR ,Training & Development Director at Penta Consulting, we provide technical services to enable a digital world, are a multi award winning international recruitment company based in Wallington, Surrey, specialising in Telecoms, Technology and Mobile Operating Systems.
