I am currently looking for a Service Delivery Managers/Operation Managers to join the world’s leading vendor, working in Istanbul Turkey , on a 6 month extendable contract.
Skills:
- Experience in a non technical role operational Service delivery / operation manager position
- Dealing directly with the customer – dealing with escalations, meeting ect
- Operation environment experience and very strong professional communication skills
- Cisco technology experience
- ITIL Certified
- Enterprise environment/client
- Languages – Turkish and English
