🚨Calling all Data Centre Migration Engineers in UK🚨
I am currently looking for an 6 x Data Centre Migration Engineer to join the world’s leading vendor, working 100% remotely in UK, on a 12 month extendable contract.
Project Specific
We are looking for experienced DC engineers to join a migration program for a large customer, they would work in a team of 2 and would be responsible for the preparation/due diligence planning and to execute changes in line with the method of procedure. The changes will be at weekends local time 10am onwards depending on where the DC’s are located either east coast USA or UK. So, some 1 day at weekend work will be required at the end of each 12 week cycle.
Technical Requirements
– Migration experience required.
– IOS and NXOS experience required.
– Experience running validation scripts in Python required.
– Experience writing MOPs required.
– Experience conducting deep dives of existing hardware for determining physical topology and logical flows required.
– Strong traditional DC R&S experience
– BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, static
– Firewall & Load balancer knowledge
– Multiple L2/L3 migrations experience.
